Refund policy

We accept return or exchange requests within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To request a return or exchange, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number.  Please wait for instructions before sending anything back.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
